JR7 SOCCER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By becoming a client of JR7 SOCCER, you agree to the following terms:
- Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds for any reason or circumstance. Our program has limited availability and each spot is sought after. We often have a waiting list for our team, small group, and private 1-on-1 training programs. All money is considered earned on receipt.
- Weather/Rainout Policy - If there is inclement weather or if the fields are "too wet" during the time of our scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled upon Coach James’ discretion. He will check to make sure the field is safe before every session. If the field is playable and safe, we will resume the session. Parents do not determine if the session is cancelled.
- Missed Session Policy – Coach James has a "zero tolerance" missed session policy. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. However, If you communicate with him 48 hours before the session, you will receive a makeup session.
- Player Conduct Policy - All players are required to show up 15 minutes before each session to warmup, stretch, and get mentally prepared to train. All players should be wearing their JR7 SOCCER training and be dressed in proper soccer attire. Also, players are required to bring their player development binder, adequate hydration, and a soccer ball. *We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with completing homework assignments.
- Payment Policy - By committing to our 3 month program, you agree that you can commit to the entire term. You have the option of paying in full or paying monthly with our automated system that will charge your credit or debit card every 30 days.
- Early Contract Termination Policy - You can opt out or cancel your contract at any time by notifying Coach James at [email protected]. By canceling your contract, you understand Coach James’ early termination policy. Early Termination: You can opt out of and cancel your contract at any time by paying JR7 SOCCER a $350 early termination fee. Paying the fee will promptly cancel any upcoming payment and all sessions will come to a close.
- Training Agreement - By agreeing to our 3 month program, all sessions must be completed within 3 months from the start date. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. Coach James will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete the sessions in a timely manner. Coach James understands that certain exceptions will need to be made based on his clients' competitive soccer schedules.
- Recurring Monthly Fees- By committing to our 3 month program, you agree to our 30 day recurring payment plan.
- End of Contract & Renewal Policy - If you would like to STOP training after our contract is complete, simply email Coach James at [email protected] to let him know 30 days before the final session that you will be discontinuing the program. If you do not communicate with Coach James 30 days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning your spot is held) and you will continue to train in the program.
By becoming a customer of JR7 SOCCER, I agree to the terms on this website. I have signed the JR7 SOCCER PROGRAM AGREEMENT confirming that I have reviewed this page in depth and agree to Coach James’ terms & conditions.
