General Questions

How do I create or access my account?
You can register directly on our website or app. Once registered, log in anytime with your email and password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen, and we’ll email you a reset link.

How does JR7 Soccer protect my privacy?
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, store, and use your information.

Who do I contact for support?
All support requests must go through [email protected]. This ensures we can track and handle your issue properly.

Training App (Digital Services)

How do I subscribe or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. To cancel, log into your account before the next billing date or email [email protected].

What devices can I use?
The Training App works on most modern phones, tablets, and desktops with internet access.

What’s your refund policy for the Training App?
All fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll be asked to update your payment method within 48 hours. Access may be paused until payment is received.

Training Academy (In-Person & Virtual)

What age groups are eligible?
Athletes under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian, who remains financially responsible.

What if a session is canceled due to weather or facility issues?
If fields are unsafe, we’ll notify families and may offer a virtual or indoor session. Parent decisions to skip sessions when fields are playable are treated as missed sessions.

Do missed sessions roll over?
No, missed sessions do not carry forward. Make-up sessions may be offered at JR7 Soccer’s discretion.

What is the minimum enrollment commitment?
Enrollment requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month until canceled in writing.

Is medical clearance required?
Yes. Parents/guardians must ensure the athlete is medically cleared to participate in soccer activities.

College Soccer Accelerator (CSA)

What’s included in CSA?
CSA offers workshops, advisory resources, and optional 1:1 or group coaching to help athletes pursue higher-level soccer opportunities.

Does CSA guarantee recruitment or scholarships?
No. CSA is educational only. We cannot guarantee college recruitment, scholarships, or contracts.

What’s the cancellation policy for Group Coaching?
Group Coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month until canceled in writing.

What are my compliance responsibilities?
Families are responsible for knowing and following NCAA, NAIA, and high school eligibility rules. JR7 Soccer does not provide legal or compliance advice.

Is JR7 Soccer a recruiting agency?
No. JR7 Soccer is not an agent, recruiter, or intermediary. All recruiting decisions are between the athlete, their family, and the institution.

Merchandise

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Can I return customized products?
No. Customized or personalized items are final sale unless defective or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email [email protected] within 7 days with photos and a description. If verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (if needed) and send a replacement or refund.

Who covers return shipping costs?
For non-defective returns, customers pay shipping. For defective/damaged/incorrect items, JR7 Soccer covers it.

Media & Conduct

Are photos or videos taken during programs?
Yes. By participating, you grant JR7 Soccer the right to use photos and videos of athletes for training, educational, and promotional purposes.

How may JR7 Soccer use these images?
Photos and videos may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

What if I don’t want my child included in media?
Parents/guardians must email [email protected] before participation to opt out.

What is the Code of Conduct?
All participants must act respectfully. JR7 Soccer reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.
