JR7 SOCCER PROGRAM AGREEMENT

1. TERMS

This Agreement will begin on (the day you register) and continue for a (3) month term.

By becoming a client of JR7 SOCCER, you agree to the following terms:

• Refund Policy: Payments are 100% fully earned when received and non-refundable. 
• Weather Policy: If inclement weather arises the session may be rescheduled at Coach James’ discretion. He will check to make sure the field is safe and playable before every session. Parents do not determine if the session is cancelled. 
• Missed Session Policy:Coach James has a "zero tolerance" missed session policy. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. However, If you communicate with him 48 hours before the session, you will receive a makeup session.
• Player Conduct Policy:All players are required to show up 15 minutes before each session to warmup, stretch, and get mentally prepared to train. All players should  be in their JR7 SOCCER training kit and be dressed appropriately for the current weather conditions.  All  players should bring their JR7 player development binder, adequate hydration, and a soccer ball.
• Payment Policy:By committing to our (3) month program, you have the option of paying in full or paying monthly with our automated system that will charge your respective card every 30 days.
• Early Contract Termination Policy: You can opt out or cancel your contract at any time by notifying Coach James at [email protected]. By canceling your contract, you understand Coach James’ early termination policy. 
  1. Early Termination: JR7 SOCCERrequires a $350 early termination fee.  Paying the fee will promptly cancel any upcoming payment and all sessions will come to a close.                        
• Training Agreement: By agreeing to our (3) month program, good faith is expected from clients to complete all sessions within 3 months of the start date. If the sessions are not executed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. Coach James will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete sessions in a timely manner.  *Coach James understands that certain exceptions will need to be made based on the competitive soccer schedules of his clients and will manage those situations on a case by case basis. 
• Recurring Monthly Fees: By committing to our (3) month program, you agree to our       (30) day recurring payment plan.
• End of Contract & Renewal Policy: If you would like to STOP training after your term is complete, simply email Coach James at [email protected]30 days before the final session. If you do not communicate with Coach James 30 days before the final session, you agree to be activated into another (3) month term in the JR7 SOCCER

2. PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

• I agree to be a positive coachable player.
• I agree to approach each training session with a good attitude, put in maximum effort, and have good reactions.
• I agree to be accountable in my development and proactively complete all homework assignments in a timely manner.
• I agree to wear my JR7 SOCCER training kit and bring my player development binder, adequate hydration, my own soccer ball to each training session.
• I agree to put in the hard work needed to become a better player.
• I agree to fill out my weekly “game evaluations” so Coach James and I have a deep understanding of my performances throughout the season.
• I agree to utilize the online mental training program (Pro Performance) and additional resources that Coach James provides me.
• I agree to communicate with Coach James with a daily check-in about my progress via Telegram Messenger.

3. PARENT EXPECTATIONS

• I agree to bring my soccer player to our scheduled weekly sessions 15 minutes early, so that they may warm, stretch, and get mentally prepared to train.  
• I understand that if we are late to the session we will forfeit the time (all sessions last 60 minutes).
• I agree to Coach James’ 48 hour “no reschedule policy”.
• I understand that my soccer player and I have 24/7 access to Coach James via Telegram Messenger to ask all soccer related questions throughout the week.
• I understand that during the sessions, I will not pressure my soccer player or yell from the sidelines. We train in a “non-pressured” environment.
• I understand that Coach James will decide the rescheduled sessions due to inclement weather. He will always check the field conditions before the sessions and will communicate via text message or a phone call if there is a cancellation.
• I understand to communicate with Coach James via email if and when there are scheduling conflicts or vacations in advance, so that sessions can be rescheduled in a timely manner.
• I understand that we will complete 12 sessions within the 3 month agreement.
• I understand that Coach James’ recurring payment plan will automatically process every 30 days from the original payment date.
• I understand JR7 SOCCER’S Early Termination Policy.
• PARENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON SITE FOR THE DURATION OF EACH TRAINING SESSION.

By registering with JR7 SOCCER, you agree that you have read and understood the “JR7 SOCCER PROGRAM AGREEMENT.”
